RULES
NO SMOKING:
No vaping, no smoking marijuana, no cigarettes INSIDE the apartment OUTSIDE the window or directly in front of the building. This is strict! One complaint and you will be asked to leave. If apartment smells when cleaners arrive we will charge you $350 for additional cleaning. (Strict)
NO PARTIES/ GATHERINGS:
We do not allow gatherings, NO additional people outside of your reservation inside the unit, or parties. If you have a number of guests visiting, please check with your host before. Any noise complaints from neighbors can result in termination of your reservation. Please be quiet when coming and going in the common area stairways, especially outside of normal daytime hours!
RUGS:
Please be mindful of rugs and furniture, if you or anyone in your reservation spills on the rugs or furniture and you let the host know, we are much more flexible then if we find out after check out!
HEATING/ AIR CONDITIONING:
TV/ WIFI:
Username and passwords can be found on the Airbnb listing or in your check in information we sent to you through airbnb messenger. Trouble with the wifi or TV, Click Here!
LINENS/ TOWELS:
When checking out, please bundle up all linens and towels into a pile before leaving. YOU CAN LEAVE SHEETS ON THE BED FOR CLEANERS TO REMOVE. More info here!

If your unit has outdoor space, please read the rules and regulations!
