OUTDOOR SPACE:

Grab interest

The building has rules and regulations for outdoor space, private or public space, the rules are the same:

  • ***Do not lock yourself out on a deck!***
  • No loud gatherings
  • Noise and voice volumes must be low between 10pm and 10am
  • DO NOT THROW ANYTHING OVER THE DECK
  • Do not go on any neighbor’s property or roof tops

Fire escapes are not OUTDOOR SPACE to be used. It’s illegal in the city of Boston to “hang out” on fire escapes.
