If WIFI is slow or not appearing, unplug the modem (tall black box or Small white square box) for 1 minute then replug back in. This may take up to 20 minutes to restart. If you have a white Google point please unplug for 1 minute as well, If that does not work please contact the Host through Airbnb messenger.
We do not offer cable TV (if your unit has it, it hasn’t been deactivated yet) We offer streaming options. You must use your own username and password to stream on the apps or channel you wish you enjoy! Any issues, we recommend watching a “How to” video on youtube prior to contacting the Host. Otherwise we might send you a link to review to help you through the streaming process.
