Linens & Towels
LINENS & TOWELS:
Upon checking in, make sure you have enough linens and towels. If you checked in late, we may not see your message until the morning.
We do not clean the units ourselves, we use a professional cleaning company. ALL linens are professionally cleaned. If there are any stains worth noting or anything else, please don’t hesitate to send us a message on Airbnb.
Any cleaning discrepancies brought to our attention is brought up in our weekly meetings with the owner of the cleaning company. Please know, all voices are heard!
Missing something? Before reaching out to the host, be sure to check ALL closets, bathrooms closets, bedroom and living room closets, and surface areas to make sure the correct amount of linens/towels were prepared for your stay.
If you need extra towels or linens, we are available to drop some off between the hours of 11am-3pm, send us an email to request more that day (11-3pm) or we will be dropped off the following day.
We are available between the hours of 8am and 4pm. If there is an emergency that cannot wait until our hours of service please feel free to contact us immediately regardless.
