CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS
CHECKING OUT:
When checking out please be sure to complete the following list:
- Leave linen on bed, cleaners will change.
- NOTIFY HOST OF spills on furniture or rugs or if any children or pets had any urine issues we need to be prepared for. This will help us alert the cleaners on specifics!
- Place all dirty towels in a pile on the floor
- Turn Heat DOWN to 65* degrees or Cool UP (for central cooling systems) to 75*. All systems must be on AUTO and NOT constantly on ON and running.
- Turn AC WINDOW units OFF.
- Turn off all lights
- Lock the door behind you. Double check that the door is LOCKED. If you have Keys, return keys to lockbox. Failure to return keys to lockbox will result in a charge to your security deposit.
- ALL trash must be INSIDE a trash bag, no beer boxes, bottles or cans etc… loose in the apartment. NO LOOSE TRASH. If you have extra trash or a longer stay please google trash rules in your area or feel free to message your Host for trash details!
- Any issues the Host should know and might have missed, send a private message through AirBnB or PRIVATE comments to host when reviewing your stay. We will fix those issues!
