HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING UNITS
If you can control your unit heating please be mindful when going out for the day to turn the temperature down to 65* degrees. This is VERY important.
AC cooling units are installed in the beginning of May or after the first 5 consecutive hot days in Boston.
If your unit has central AC and no window ACs please turn up the thermostat when going out for the day or checking out, to 75* degrees. Always keep the thermostat on AUTO, never off or on.
During the Summer, when leaving the unit for the day or checking out, turn the AC cooling WINDOW units to OFF. Our electric bills are extremely High! Thank you so much for being considerate!
