DAMAGES & REPAIRS
We are in and out of all our units throughout the week to look for any damage or missing items. We do our best, yet still we miss things. If something is damaged and this will cause your stay to be ruined, contact us immediately!
If something is damaged and needs to be fixed during your stay and is not an emergency, please message us on Airbnb we will schedule a time with you for our repairman to come as soon as possible! He’s in the areas between 8am-3:45pm Monday-Friday.
Something is not working? Make sure you try to figure out appliances first on your own or with the help of someone in your party before contacting your host. Remember to always try flipping a BREAKER if something needs to be restarted or making weird noises, or if it's clear a fuse has been blown. Some lights or sink disposals etc, require a switch to be flipped on, a button to push or string to be pulled… Some items have two steps rather than just one. For additional instructions on anything please message us on Airbnb, we are here to help!
Pack N Play: If you have reserved a Pack N Play during your stay, please make sure to fold it up before you leave.
AIR MATTRESS:
If you are using an air mattress, please inflate it upon checking in to make sure there is no rip or leak! We test them from time to time. If the air mattress is not on a rug, it may deflate during the evening and need to be reinflated for the following night. It’s recommended to put the air mattress on a surface with a rug. Please put the air mattress away before check out!
How to inflate Air Mattress:
1. Plug cord into electric outlet
2. Turn knob to “fastfill” all the way to the right.
3. Switch button on to inflate.
4. Once inflated leave the knob all the way to right and turn off. You can unplug the cord.
